A friend of mine from out of state got an internship in the Knightdale area but wants to live in Raleigh. Anyone have anything in the mid to east Raleigh area for rent. Downtown would be perfect for him too.

He is 22 years old, very nice and smart guy. Probably going to be pretty quiet during the week but likes to have a good time on the weekends. In the three years I have known him, I have never seen him out of control drunk though, so he doesn't like to have that good of a time. Great guy, looking for a place to live.
