he bout killed me with his conditioning drills, but i learned some damn good sweeps and ground and pound techniques, dude is a legit instructor and a fuckin clown lol he got mad jokes

he personally was my "partner" man that sucked....he let me have it too when i was slackin

^^nah it sucked cuz it was mountain air and the garage (yes, garage) door was open

whoever gym this was operated out of a wearhouse, so the door were all open and im suckin in mountain cold air, i didnt breathe right for two hours after that
