I probably will. Why do we continue to allow shit like this to happen? This law is strictly for funding. This does nothing to increase public safety or punish bad behavior. Why was this law even passed?

I read that to mean you could be cited after December 1, 2009, but couldn't be fined until December 1, 2010

call it a hunch but I think the relevant date shmorri2 was pointing out is the one at the end of the paragraph that apparently several people didn't make it through.

^^^^ I think it's a bit more than funding. I find that most times, the frame completely covers up the state.

I'm sorry, but often times, when trying to get a license plate number, you also need the name of the state. Now it's true, dat 190% of the time, the state is going to be NC, but not all assholes are from NC.

License plates are pretty easy to distinguish even with the state name completely covered up by a frame.

The first in flight thing, the airplane background, etc.
