The reduction isn't fake. The reduced boobs are. Real = "god-given" natural. Any alteration (bigger or smaller, etc.) and they are no longer "god-given" natural -- they are fake. They are now surgically altered, not natural. Natural means "the nature of things", as in, with no other factors, the nature of boobs are... whatever "god gave you". Anything other than that, is not natural. You don't just go out into nature and find boobs with scars and missing tissue -- that is not natural. What's natural is for the boob to be as nature "made" it. Hence, a surgically altered boob is fake.

Nothing about reduced breasts are fake. They are all real tissue and real skin, just not in their natural form. It's not a foreign body in there causing them to be a different size, just some cut off.
