Haha, this is one of the few times that I think TWW probably won't be necessary to fuck with these people.

Based on things that have happened in the past, and on the high profile of this funeral, I suspect that this whole website could stay home and those fuckheads will still be well surrounded.

More importantly, they probably got their permit to do their thing at a specific place -- we can't "keep them back" because we can't move them without starting the lawsuit train. We can, however, block them.

There is no limit on sign size...

And I THINK you can get away with not getting a permit, if it happens to be a bunch of people that just show up... But since a lot of people are putting these things together on facebook/TWW/etc, you may want to contact the city and see about getting one. They are usually fairly inexpensive, and you may be able to get the city to give you one for free (if you tell the right people what you're doing the protest for)

There were a bunch of them protesting at Arlington a few months ago. By a bunch I mean maybe 5. By protesting I mean standing behind a fence and being ignored. It was laughably pathetic more than anything else. There are rarely large contingents of these people and by no everyone knows the gig, so why they get any traction I do not know.

why not just tape (3) pieces of a 36" x 1000' rolls of art paper (like $60 but you could go in on it with people) and then get (3) yardsticks affixed end to end and to each end of the paper roll. just make a couple sections of varying length and two people to hold each set up.
