From what I remember looking around when I first rented the place, the going rate in Cameron Village for these townhouses is no less than $950 a month, so it's a deal for the area. The landlord is real laid back too, yet was always fast to fix anything that needed fixing (in-sink disposal, now working like a champ).

Probably my biggest regret about buying a townhouse at age 21 is that I have never experienced living anywhere else in Raleigh besides off Kaplan I would love to live over there.

I know my landlord wants to sell the unit- but I don't know what he wants for it. I imagine all it would take is asking if anyone is interested.

my current lease isn't up until May or else i'd take that place asap...i'm itb but i'd love to be walking distance to cameron village and downtown. any chance of it being for rent around that time?
