He does drive an Acura as a daily driver, and during the 04 campaign drove himself from event to event sans staff or handlers.

The VW Thing is strictly for driving around Capitol Hill to and from the Senate.

No creepy, he used to be my neighbor across the street in DC.

I believe it refers to Senior or Junior status, he is the senior Senator or the 1st Senator

Senators don't have districts.

The entire state votes for both senators.
