Toys are over rated, Just give them empty boxes and a permanent marker. That should keep kids entertained for months.

I donated two complete skateboards to a needy kids home and I have a big Tonka truck and Snow White doll to give to Toys for Tots this year. The orphanage can give them food and shelter, but skateboarding pays the bills son.

Few things make me sadder than thinking about excited kids waking up on Christmas morning knowing they're poor and probably won't get anything, but still holding out hope...only to have that erased when they come out to an empty tree.


I went out and did a miniature toy shopping spree a few weeks ago and got a shit ton of Matchbox and Hot Wheels, a couple Nerf guns, a few stuffed animals, Transformers figures, and board games. Hopefully a few kids will unwrap them and get to yell "Ohhhh!!! This is exactly what I wanted!!"
