In the recipe it says to use 110F water...how do I get the water to that exact temp

Every pannatone I've had was super dry. I see where it has potential, but I don't like feeling as if I'm eating cardboard.

use a thermometer. an instant read meat thermometer or something similar is a kitchen essential.
