Actually seems like a decent idea, but $14 for one game and shoes on Saturday night is ridiculous. Dranks better be cheap.

Yeah this would be a cool concept if they weren't trying to completely rip you off on the lane rental.

I could see going there for date night... go have dinner, a couple drinks, bowl a game, and have another couple of drinks

the menu looks good, and the prices seem pretty reasonable.

A bowling alley using whole dollar values and .5's on their menu?

To me that sounds a wee bit pretentious to me

Only soccer mom douchebags that live in the area insist on calling it Midtown from what I've seen.

the place is awesome... i went there for their soft opening (see bowling with Russell Wilson) the food was awesome the beer selection was awesome the walk up area to the lane's (we were at a private bowling suite) was short but i don't know if that is the same for all lanes or just the private ones. They ran out of size 13 shoes so either there were a lot of big footed people there or some of you 11s were snagging big boy shoes to impress the ladies.

The tables near the bar had a touch screen in them and you could hook up your own music to the table's stereo, you could also download/upload pictures onto the screen and play the $1 bar games for free on them too.

Really its somewhat expensive for bowling but its also a really awesome place and completely worth it.

We were served some Hors d'Ĺ“uvres that were fillet Mignon on crackers with Gorgonzola cheese they were awesome!

chances are if they had Russel there, they had other athletes, and thus other larger than average men who needed boat shoes. I wear 13's too, and bowling shoes look rediculous in that size... I'm thinking of buying my own again, just so I don't have to rent them and so they don't look so goofy

i had them when I was a kid and did a league with my dad... but I grew out of those, and haven't really gotten back into bowling since. My dad gave me a ball, I just need to have the finger holes re-drilled (they can do that, right?)- and I remember shoes being only like 35 bucks

Better food, better equipment, better atmosphere.

And Russel was the only athlete there, we shared a lane with some super rich wolf pack club members (annoying as crap) and they brought him

OMG what a terrible idea. a bistro should not have crashing blowing balls in the back ground. a bowling alley should be old, smoky and smell of musk.

mine were brunswick brand, and looked like black nurses shoes... but they were comfy and didn't look as silly as the split colors that most lanes use

$10 to bowl one game and get shoes and $8 a game after is highway robbery.

AMF at Crossroads is $5 all you can bowl after 10pm on Tuesdays, that's where I go every week.

not trying to drop $40+ to bowl three rounds and drink

It was a free event with invite so its not like they gave him money or bought him anything and all the food and drinks were free too so i don't see why it wouldn't be legal?

It was an event for anyone who lives in that building, there are some million dollar condos in that building and those people were from one.

Our friends that took us were quite wealthy themselves.
