is scrotal cancer as big a problem as breast cancer? I figured it woulda been prostate cancer that would be brought up here... and that gets plenty of attention

A lot of women have died from breast cancer. I have never compiled the two numbers up, but i would say that death rates from breast cancer are higher than death rates from testicular cancer.

I could be wrong though

Breast cancer covers both women and men. Can't say that about nut cancer...

I, for one, think prostate cancer needs to get more awareness. I guess its easier for commercials to tell people to rub their breasts than finger their asshole.
