Doors that hinge at the rear. If you open them at speed the wind will rip them and you right out of the car.

Similarly, a suicide shifter is found on motorcycles that require you to remove a hand from the handlebars to shift. Further complicating the situation is the fact that these usually have a foot clutch, meaning you can't put both feet down at a stoplight without shifting into neutral.

doesn't a geiger counter measure ionization rate? (which is a good indicator of radiation (ionizing radiation at least))
