Before refrigeration cars, there was ice house and ice lumberjacks that all get a job and has career. they buy luxuries and feel good about themself but was all really just fake, they all just useless and their self esteem totall unfounded. in fact, their blind greedy toil actually more harm than good in my opinion because they drive useless industries that suck talent away from good industries that maybe not afford. One guy with strange abilities, no desire to conform, and unselfish comes along and change everything. i try to be like that too. i not even need to be more wealthy, i just want to make world happy and healthy. i going to solar technologies from now on! i so excited. i want to new approach though, i focus on using my passion to bring people together: the young green homeowners with no equity and the old/chinese investors not haveing low risk low gain CD's and bonds anymore. i design financial product now, but i not finance guy so i askeing around for help. i ask famous people too, because government is too hard. way it is now, u have to go to every county and every city to lobby for ability to attach asset to property tax. attach to mortgage is possible, but banks ignore. i find solution though, i working on it right now. i change the world! well, maybe just florida.
