their biscuit themselves are fine though not the greatest, bojangles and even mcdonald's are better in my opinion, but the chicken is SO good that it doesn't matter

yeah i guess i understand the hatred for the bread, but since i prefer soft biscuits over burnt ones (bojangles sometimes) i look past it because the chicken is real-good-like

even though the chicken part is smaller than the sandwich's chicken, it's usually better quality than the sandwich chicken (less fatty parts)

it says if you miss the time you reserve just come anytime while breakfast is being served and they will give it to you. i guess it just helps them have an idea of how many they should have made so they aren't completely slammed and unprepared on some random morning. i have meetings early in the morning every wednesday so i just reserved mine for then so i can not cook breakfast that morning & sleep in a few extra minutes

I had mine this morning too. The chicken itself was pretty good, but the actual biscuit needs some work. I've never had any breakfast from Chick-Fil-A before, but I know the biscuit is no different than usual.

It tasted better because it was free.

Yeah, they need to know how many people are going to be coming into each store on each day. The biscuits are not on sale yet so what they have on hand is what they expect to give out to the people with reservations.

Also free restaurant giveaways tend to get swarmed and leave the restaurant crazy packed. I imagine this is intended to help keep a manageable level of traffic too.
