Everybody talks shit about the Jersey Shore without ever watching it. It's honestly no different than college dorm drama or the scene in downtown Charlotte. I would imagine that most young people who frequent the bar/club scene could at least relate to some experiences in the show.

* The only difference is that some of the cast are pushing 30

I can honestly say I've never seen an episode, nor do I plan to. I don't like the idea of people becoming celebrities because they get drunk and make stupid decisions- anyone can do that (hell, I did that for 3-4 years).

I literally have never seen an episode of this show, or Real World or any of the shows like this. The hills, OC none of that shit.


I have however seen the Tardy for the Party episode of that one show, and that shit was hilarious

I just don't support low forms of art. Its like "Hmm we can't think of a good idea for a show, so lets get a bunch of rich 20 year olds a bunch of beer and video tape them" Which was great when real world or whatever the first one was came out originally (I guess i was like 3 at the time) but idk its such an old concept. I get kind of bugged by the vanity and wastefulness of people. Furthermore I don't like anything that pretends to be reality but frequently has scripted events and arguments.
