When he tried to add me I directed him my Lila Lavender FB since I didn't know him. Then he wrote back that he wanted to get to know the "real me" and crap so after that he has sent messages but I haven't written back-that's what he means "long time no email"

Ew, you're getting their wings? I had them a couple times and they were so soggy...yuck! It does say on the menu to allow extra time for cooking if you order wings. 40 minutes is excessive...but it is a Friday night.
