Duke Hospital Parking decks...do they only accept cash or do credit cards work as well?

at unc there is at least one lane that takes plastic. I think there is a sign that says which one does

fyi if you are going to be going to duke for extended periods of time, you can buy discount parking tickets from the gift shop

like...i think its like what $1 an hour or something? the ticket book is like $20 or $25, i forget for how many tickets, but if you do the math you figure out that if you are going frequently for extended periods of time the pass book is better. but if you are going not as frequently for <2 hours at a time, it probably isn't the best deal.

and i *THINK* at least one deck takes plastic, but i can't 100% remember. i parked in the one near the front main entrance of the hospital (with da underground tunnel) most frequently. and then pretty frequently the one over by the clinics. i feel like that one might take plastic but i cannot remember at all. they should have a sign. or you could just call and ask...

for some reason I don't remember paying at either decks, but then half the time I wasn't driving.

i go to duke hospital every week, and they take plastic for sure.

Usually if you are going in there for something you get a voucher after your appointment.
