Interesting that wikipedia provides no concrete explanation.

I always figured it was because your body loses a good amount of heat when you piss so you shiver to make some of that back up.

It is not even remotely sexual.

The best explanation I've ever heard for why they happen is: You're dumping a fairly large quantity of 98.6 degree fluid out of your body very quickly. Your bladder (and the region around it and the urethra) are suddenly going from having a hot liquid to losing it, which it interprets as a sudden temperature drop.
