More like the Mexicans are stealing the insulation for themselves and you aren't reporting the crime. 1/17/2011 3:11:16 PM |

the guys that he used to do this work would probably not get involved in a suit because of the threat of deportation. 1/17/2011 5:26:43 PM |

to go along with your car idea, if a mechanic installs a part on your car they can not remove it if you don't pay. it was installed and belongs to you. instead, they have the option of a mechanics lien (sometime's called a construction lien). this is what the insulation company would have done if they couldn't get their shit back. 1/17/2011 6:56:39 PM |

id say they are stealing it.
insulation material isnt all that expensive. its mexicans seeing a job site, stealing the material for their "business"
if the contractor takes back the material, he no longer has the right to sue for the job his company performed, not to mention the labor to rip it back out. 1/17/2011 7:30:12 PM |

No. These are the same guys that put it in. These guys don't even have paperwork. How are they going to file a lien? Lol 1/19/2011 2:26:39 PM |
