You guys notice how you might miss your friends a little bit after you move away. But it's cool... it doesn't really bother you.

Then years later when you go back to visit, see your friends again, and are reminded of how awesome they are. Besides the barrage of questions asking how you are, and how you've been, you pretty much hit it right off again and it's like you never left?
Then that old feeling sets in, and you miss hanging around them even more once you leave again?!?!?!!?

Best Frands Chicken?

I just recently started hanging out with my high school best friend again after not talking for years (some petty BS went down but we are all good now) and its like nothing ever happened. We talk like we used to. Its awesome.

I don’t really miss my friends, but I do always pick back up with them like i’ve never left.

I’m not sure why i don’t miss them… i guess they are doing their thing, living life, being happy, and i’m doing the same, i don’t feel sad about it.

And between facebook and telephones, they don’t feel that far away anyway.

Well, I should let it be known that I am a terrible long distance friend. After I leave a city, it's rare that I'll call my friends even to check up on them.... because... well.... I'm busy doing my own thang.

i'd say 99% of my old friends are this way, myself included. I figure absence makes the heart grow fonder to a point, then you just don't really care any more.
