the spca also has the saving lives spay and neuter clinic (which is what the $5 voucher is good for, but you can also just go there regularly)

for cats its like $30-35
dogs are more expensive (like $60)

includes surgery and the rabies shots and meds after

and if you make less $$ then you can qualify for a lower rate

in case you can't get the $5 fix...you can still go there and it is still cheap. but it will takes MONTHS to book your appt, so call asap and maybe you'll get in by like, april.
