I dated a girl in PA school for the length of her rotation in Charleston...which was about 6 weeks.

She was in her second year in PA school in Iowa and had a 6 week rotation in Charleston. She was living with some friends and on her second night in town came to my bar. We hit it off and went on a date the next night. Hung out/dated the entire 6 weeks she was here. We talked off and on during her other rotations and last year in school.

She actually graduated and ended up getting a job in Charleston, but I was seeing someone else when she came back. We have both dated several people in the last few years and had several drunken hook-ups over that time (I was single during both hookups), but the timing was always off. I still wonder what would have happened if we had the chance to date without the interruptions, because she is an amazing girl. But oh well...I'm happy in my current relationship.

I've "dated" a couple girls for a week or two...but would never have said that we were in a "relationship."
