Local Entertainment company seeks entertaining, quick witted hosts to produce trivia nights around the Triangle. We will provide necessary equipment including weekly question categories, answer sheets, pens, AV Equipment and soundtracks. With theses tools we will ask you to build a successful and entertaining trivia night. We are basically asking you to proctor a general knowledge/pop culture exam week in and week out to an audience while keeping it entertaining. You must be prepared to be heckled and encourage audience participation all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Great position for those looking to gain experience in public speaking, trying new comedic material, news broadcast work, thespians or any type of event hosting. You must be willing to commit to a weekly gig. In order for us to build a successful trivia night, a consistent host is key. Because in reality they are going to come week in and week out to see YOU,not to answer "who was the first hispanic elected into the rock and roll hall of fame or the first state admitted to the Union?.....

I like TWW for this because I know there are a couple exp trivia hosts on this site but I am also looking for you people who can provide witty commentary and one liners. Someone's who's not afraid to break out into random song/dance/movie quote impersonations in front of a decent crowd of people We look to put on huge trivia nights(avg 50+ people). You will be in charge of keeping the masses entertained, make sure people aren't cheating, deal with hecklers etc...
