It's good, I swear!

I watched it originally and quit cause it was no good. But supposedly somewhere in the middle of the first season, it picked up. I started back watching this season.

Any other Cougar Town fans willing to own up to watching this fantastic program?

People get all up in arms about it because of the title (which admittedly is AWFUL), but it bears little resemblance to a show about Courtney Cox chasing younger dudes at this point. The principal cast is all really funny and likable. You could easily argue Cougar Town has had a stronger second season than Modern Family.

I'm torn on this. I love Courtney Cox, and I've had a thing for Christa Miller since Northern Exposure. But the punk ass kid bothers me so much that I refuse to watch. Get rid of him by any means necessary and it will be back in my rotation lickety split.

Yes this show is very underrated. They tried changing the name but ABC wouldn't let them. Though it does make their opening picture funny each week as they play with it, haha.

Also a fan, also disappointed that the show is bumped for the foreseeable future (and that Matthew Perry show must be pretty bad, considering the promos showed nothing but his face until about a week ago...they did the same thing with Hank, and we saw how that turned out).
So at what point is that "punk ass kid" going to get it on with Kim Kelly? I feel like thats coming eventually...

I randomly stumbled in on this last night. It caught my eye when I saw The Blanks / Worthless Peons.
Does every episode have a quirky theme like that, or was that just a random joke?

I liked the first season, but randomly watched a DVRed episode this year and thought it was kinda "meh".

Can't get into Cougar Town anymore. I don't know if its fallen off since last year or that the other shows have gotten better. I've probably watched 4 or 5 of this years episodes and the last two I turned it off halfway. Even the fading Modern Family is funnier and Cougar Town doesn't even hold a candle to Happy Endings.
