well you can't just go out and buy it haha. but early (in the pregnancy) abortions aren't typically the vacuum suck out everyone thinks about...a lot of times (unless you have other medical conditions that prevent you from taking it) they're just done with a pill. which is why people get confused i guess. but actually it is more than one pill...but anyway. not important here.

but the morning after pill aka plan b is contraception. it won't cause an abortion...if you are already preggers and you take it well...don't expect something dramatic to happen!
