girls can easily wear jeans and a sweater if they are nice jeans and a nice sweater. last time i went i wore jeans and a blazer. its at a mall, there will be people more under-dressed than you.

Place is pricey for somewhere at the mall, but it is pretty good. They also need to work on plating skills. For as much as they charge, I would rather go to Sullivan's.

Depends on where it is located, the one I went to in DC you would look like a tool wearing jeans and be so out of place.
