Had my car towed at Hunters Creek last night and was wondering what tow guys they use so I can get it back

Having been towed from a place without a sign...
The law doesn't care. Found out where my car was, went there, and called the police with the applicable statutes in hand. Police said not our problem.

It took paying the tow company, then sueing them to get my money back.

if you don't mind going to the courthouse and giving them the money, there is a chance you won't have to pay for your towing if you don't have a sign. that's what i did, and they had to give me back my car.

its not suing you are just contesting what you owe them and the court holds the money and decides who gets what. in my case i won.

yeah, i wouldn't mind suing a tow company... the anti-predatory laws are there, but I feel like often ignored

my buddy had a pos ford probe with major problems freshman year and told the towing company to keep it. i never saw it again so i guess they kept it.

^^^Yeh man, been back in the area for a few months now. Sorry, didn't look in after the obvious idea of looking for a sign was posted

Also, the tow guys are having a hard time finding a copy of the picture they're supposed to take, so looks like a certain twwer may be getting his money back
