Has anyone used this app? its awesome

Lets you set your home mp3 library up as a server to connect to. Can cache a certain Gb full of songs and stream unlimited tracks

Yeah it is... I now have no reason to buy an iPod.



Its free. I think after 30 days you pay like $10 or something for licensing for your own personal server but that's a shit load cheaper than an iPod touch. Definitely going to get a huge sd card for my phone now.

yeh, you have to pay after a while.

I used it for a bit, but it had connection and buffer issues. not sure if those got worked out yet or not - they were bad enough for me not to buy the license.

I just set up a shoutcast server on my home pc then listen to it on my iPhone with the Fstream app. All free.

Definitely a cool idea; I have seen a few things like this that I thought about trying. I do rather like my iPod though.

I've only used it relatively stationary in 4g networks but i haven't had any connection issues. I also have super solid internet at home

I have one computer thats basically just a hard drive that i leave on like 24/7. I balance it out by not using any lights or watching much tv or any of that shit

I still like the idea of the app though. If I didn't already have a working iPod I'd probably do this and not worry about leaving one of my computers on all the time.
