and i'm messy. if that counts as a habit...but that is more of a character trait i guess. and i am bossy. but also more of a character trait.

so i guess just biting my nails. and not always thinking before i speak.

I also bite my lip/cheek, no idea why. I try to stop when I notice it, but I will inevitably do it again without thinking about it

also when I read kcadwal's posts my anxiety levels increase. It's like reading a Cathy comic strip or something.

i, too, sometimes talk to myself. i find i can work through some things more easily if I speak rather than use inner monologue. I generally only do it when i'm alone though
