to make a long story short, my wifes best friend had her purse stolen at Locked-n-Loaded in Garner. She is a waitress there. The guy took her purse, dumped it out in the bathroom, threw everything away but kept her brand new iPhone 4, debit card and checkbook. Security cameras have him on tape taking her purse. She was able to find out some information on him, but even so, the the cops have not been helpful. its time to make a citizens arrest, we just need an address. This is what we know...

Pretend it's about something else." -- social engineering approach might be better. get a girl to do it and say it's for a free voucher he's been referred for. say that his mother referred him. when he asks for more detailed info have the girl act stupid and say she's just an intern and going down the list. fake flirt and really pour it on, act 18

i know if a dude robs you at an atm and hes on video they still have to be given the video to do anything with it.

it depends on who is actually doing thr surveillance i reckon, might be a third party

honestly by the time they are allowed to access the footage theyve moved on to the hundred other cases that are more easily resolved
