House is walking distance from Main Campus. $10/Hour cash to start; if it works out and becomes a regular thing, hourly rate will be increased.

Hmmm..I actually might need a housekeeper in the near future also.
Packing up most of my current house and then will need to do a thorough cleaning to get it ready for staging.
Wife is pregnant so she can not do any heavy cleaning.

But I live in Garner..almost at Hwy 42.

from a professor, you kids are quite funny. I am trying to give work to students so PM me if you are a current student and interested in easy house work.... i do need help on a regular basis so this is not a BS job post. again, after a trial, if it works out, i will raise the hourly rate.

Well I was actually referring to a couple of PMs I received that were definitely not on target, and the feedback I saw on LivingProof's post which was rather amusing

I have no problems with considering Alums for the job. I was just trying to find a student first because I know part-time flexible gigs can be hard to find, and since I'm so close to campus, it's perfect for a student. But any interest is appreciated!
