my friend who is a medic said that he was called to a house the other day because someone reported that a person was going into cardiac arrest. When he got to the scene, the guy's heart had stopped beating for sure because he blew his brains out with a shot gun and my friend was greeted with half of the head on the body and the other half splattered all over.

They did determine it was a suicide.
