So Im trying to give my bathroom a simple upgrade. Amy pics or ideas of SIMPLE changes that can be done easily would be appreciated. At this point im not redoing tile, tubs or counters, but I plan to pain, restore grout, and maybe do some simple shelves. Any pics or simple ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

It would be a lot easier if we could see what you are working with. But i suggest replacing some hardware if needed. Replace lighting fixtures. Of course a new coat of paint always helps.

Paint. Even fixtures like towel/toilet paper holders can make a difference in the bathroom looking more upscale. Window treatments if it has one?

paint, fixtures, window treatment, linens, shelves

all of these things, like previously mentioned, can help

what color is your bathroom now? what color is your tile, what are your counters like? it is helpful if we know what you are working with to make suggestions!

It looks like folks got it covered in here. I noticed one thing that classy people do is raise the shower curtain rod up real high and have like a super long, custom curtain. Also, if you haven't already, you can replace the standard mirror with one that has some intrigue--I think even a $50 framed mirror from HomeGoods looks better than the regular mirrors...you could like paint it all fancy yourself if you wanted to save some loot. And you gotta get you a fresh toilet seat and handle/flusher.

Don't forget the shag carpet toilet seat cover.

looks like everything I was going to say has been mentioned

The mirror definitely helps a lot. Just as much as new fixtures in many bathrooms and if you are going to be painting the room anyway this is a great time to replace it

Not necessarily cheap if you want to change the faucet but something kind of simple (if its not already done) is to match the faucet and the knobs on the mirror (if it has knob) and vanity cabinet.
