well, this thread made me miss chimichangas again. although that frozen crap barely qualifies as food. the only mexican joints around here are like, oaxacan. and terribly overpriced and sucky. I miss El Senor in knightdale. now that was the shit.

actually I'm thinking rather fondly of the mexican place in burlington. There were absolutely no people there who weren't white (yes, i looked in the kitchen), and the "chimi" was more like a burro, but it was still better than the garbage they're pushing around here.

I bought a big bag of the regular sized ones, the kind they sell at the membership clubs. By the time I was done with that bag I was done with frozen chimichangas for good.
