i can't remember exactly what the frontal lobes of the brain do, but im pretty sure they are important, and this guy seems to have...... none of them.

but i guess as long as the breathing/heart beat parts are there..... idk i was never very good at anatomy

i was under the impression the frontal and rear lobe were pretty important


people that get shot/shoot themselves in the side of the brain and shit commonly survive thought

Neuroplasticity is not uncommon after a hemispherectomy.

And yes, I think it was from an accident. If it were from birth, the rest of his face would have been mal-formed from typical growth during his life. It looks like he mature normally and this injury took place post-puberty, probably less the 5-7 years ago.
