how do i keep emails from being deleted in outlook when they are deleted from the exchange 2007 server. do i have to archive them? Because of some drawings being passed around, my mailbox is almost full but i would like to keep those emails in my local outlook for reference. (i've always had google apps for business, haven't used outlook for years) 3/12/2011 5:43:06 PM |

Archiving or manually moving them into a PST is the only way that I know of, short of deleting your Exchange attributes from the server and then only having the cached data locally on your machine, but then you would be done with Exchange... 3/12/2011 5:58:20 PM |

i figured archiving would be the best way to go, i wish there was a way to setup autoarchiving based on size instead of date. 3/12/2011 6:19:09 PM |
