I dunno, a lot of times if you're a bigger kid in the first 8-9 grades you either have to be a bully or you wind up being the goofy/clumsy big kid that gets picked on for your weight. They look like middle schoolers so it's possible that this particular big kid has started to gain muscle and nobody else realized it yet.

I'm more amused by the end of the clip, where the brat's friend tries to go after Zangief but is stalled by a girl. A girl that had a good two inches on him and obviously intimidated him.

I was one person away from getting punked down like that in middle school. There was this quiet big kid on the football team and inexplicably I decided to try and talk shit or pick on him one day on the bus before an away game and pushed him over his limit. He stood up and shoved the shit out of me into a seat, then hovered over me with his fist raised talking about how I didn't know who I was fucking with. It took some other guys to pull him back or else I'd have likely received my only beat down ever.
