i picked up wasabi and soy sauce, salt and vinegar, smokehouse, lime and chili, honey, and lightly salted

last week the large containers of emerald's cocoa roasted almonds were BOGO (2 for $7)

while i love the taste of all these flavored nuts, they contain too much unhealthy shit in them, and so, i buy either roasted ones, or slightly salted ones, or ones covered with lemon juice.

it depends on the brand... the ones i have seen contain this stuff:

hydrogenated oils
cottonseed oil/palm oil
corn starch
wheat flour
msg
"flavor enhancers"
etc

i am sure some of the flavored ones are legit, but a lot contain nasty stuff.
