1.) $80 - A loft that I used in college and has been sitting in my living room as somewhat of a guest bed. It is very sturdy and strong. Loft is in great condition and would make an absolute great fit for any dorm room. In fact, it was measured specifically to fit in Wood Dorm at NCSU and fitted perfectly in Bragaw when I moved there (for those of you familiar with NCSU campus living). You will be responsible for moving/transportation, but I can have it de-assembled for you and ready. Loft is very easy to assemble and there are instructions located on the pieces to help make sure the pieces are put together properly.

2.) $20 - Used Sharp Carousel Microwave. Microwave is in excellent condition, I've been using for 3 years and works just fine. Inside of microwave may need a little clean, but look at pictures for yourself. Microwave has been kept in great condition.

3.) $200 - I have 2 used Kenmore Washer & Dryer Units. Both units work absolutely fine. I've been using them for about 3 years.
