for long periods of sitting. I thought someone here might have a good idea since most of you would probably have technical jobs that require long periods of sitting.

the chairs we have at work are pretty comfortable, but it's the govt so they're probably over-priced. i'll try to find out the brand

I was thinking about just getting a memory foam pillow and using it as a pad in my chair

But you need to get it fitted to you by the installer. Or go to an authorized dealer and have them fit you in the store and record the settings.

Big fan of the Steelcase Leap chair. Felt better than the size C Aeron (for me at 6'5").

Herman Miller, Steelcase, Teknion are all good brands



anything you buy from Staples or Omax or Office depot is going to be shit
