Planning a trip to Disney for my sister's HS graduation present (she's never been, we want to do harry potter world!) Any ideas on where to find deals with the best discounts.... any tww travel agents have advice? 
Probably 6people possibly 8 going. Can do both parks. Would staying at a disney resort be better cost wise and then just buy universal tix? What have y'all done?
