After the restroom was empty, the thief climbed down and robbed the bar. Laroque says times are tough in the bar business and the loss hurts. Laroque believes this is the second time he has been robbed by the same man. On March 14, Laroque said the thief was in the ceiling, but he came down too early. Bartenders were still at work and chased him to his getaway car."

Brandon owns the bar. He can use his profits however he wants. And what manager? Its the goat. Maybe a bartender has a key and counts the money at the end of the night but its not like the business requires a manager. Even if they had one Brandon owned multiple businesses and has been around. I'm pretty sure anyone "skimming" from his bar would not go unnoticed and get their nuts cut off.

They have at least that much money at the goat just like any other bar that has sweepstakes machines. Have to pay out.
