Had one (directly into the taint) about 7 hours ago, now my dick (where my shaft connects to the groin) is killing me, I literally can't move my dick without being in significant pain.

^If your pudental or perineal nerve gets entrapped/pinched, you can have cortisone introduced to the grundle. Some people just develop a lasting pain in the area for unspecified reasons. I suppose the most common situation is from a bike seat. Riding too much/long can cause one of these nerves to become entrapped, thus leading to a cortisone shot treatment.
