Tomorrow (April 3rd) at 2pm, Amedeo's will be replaying the 1983 NCAA Championship game. In the house will be '83 team members Lorenzo Charles and Ernie Myers. Retired WRAL sports guy, Bob Holliday, will be hosting the event. Lots of opportunity for Q&A. Also present will be Chuck Amato and Amedeo himself. A student ID will get you 15% off all food.

fyi.........we want State students at this event more than anyone else. We did not post this event on Packpride. Yes, '83 was a VERY special year and we, at Amedeo's, want the younger generation to have the opportunity to learn how fun/special that spring of '83 was. With Lorenzo Charles there and Ernie Myers, you might not get a better chance to get some inside info on the '83 season. Yes, we want to enjoy current accomplishments more than anyone, but we want the younger folks to know that we (NCSU) have every right to expect to be "one of the big boys" because for so many decades.......we were one of the big boys.

Let's be optimistic of the future, and at the same time, enjoy the tradition of the past. Come see us at Amedeo's tomorrow at 2pm. I'd get there a little early if I were you. I can assure you, it'll be fun. Student ID gets you 15% off all food.

Amedeos is MUCH better now. Not sure what was up with ownership/chef/management but I think that's done now.
