These are people that you don't love and don't hate, you just never notice them other than remembering that you've seen their name a bunch

its not about any kind of thoughtfulness either. Like i can pretty much associate saps with that sloth picture and sawahash so he is not a normal, but if it werent for those two things i don't think i would have any associating factor.

i find this thread very interesting and i've thought about this in the past.

i would never put j_sun or kiljadn on my list because i definitely associate a persona with them both in my mind. i think if you have some interests in common with someone you are more likely to create a cubby hole in your brain for that poster.

but that's just one reason you might remember a person

there are certainly other reasons (infamy, tits, etc)
