What software? I'm decent in Lightwave, but don't have a legit copy of Maya (nor will I get it unless you've got $texas).

Also, what level of detail are you looking for? Do you have an artist on hand for textures?

No I don't. In fact I have no idea what all it takes to create an environment. I just have a sweet idea and need someone (partner) to create it. I was thinking that the textures, yada yada would be all included in design.

It's rarely a solo effort. Texturing is a fine art, modeling is complicated and arduous, and lighting can be a whole wan of worms. To find someone talented enough to roll all that into one person you better be ready to shell out. Plus Maya and Photoshop ain't exactly free.
