Apparently fixing tickets is illegal. WHO KNEW!? OMG!

Now I am waiting for those clawback lawsuits where those given tickets by the 400 something corrupt officers also get their charges reduced/thrown out because the ticketing authority was corrupt. 4/17/2011 2:16:16 PM
