Rum cake is pretty good, I guess these would be decent as well. The first time I had Shotgun Betty I thought it was delicious, then I had it again maybe a year later and it kind of sucked. Once it's cooked out in a cupcake I bet all these taste fine though, and similar.

i can see baking with a porter, since they taste chocolatey anyway, but lonerider's porter eats dick.

theres a rule in cooking with wine. never cook with a wine you wouldnt drink on its own. totally the same for beer.
