Sim City 2000 with the SCURK expansion kit

Pretty much just SCURK in general, except it cannot exist without the parent game. It's paradoxical at best but I like to think of SC2K as just the furniture that came with the house. I mean seriously, SCURK had and still has a cult following. BEST VIDEO GAME EVER.

^No it isn't. It is way addicting, although it did have 1 flaw. You could get 1,000 people in the park and they would just walk in circles without riding the rides. That made the tycoon goal of [x]amount of ride tickets sold in a month pretty hard.
