1 FEMALE roommate needed to rent a room (approximately 11x12) from June 1, 2011 to July 31, 2012. We are located approximately 2 miles from NC State. 2 Story townhouse with screened in porch. 3 bedroom/2 bath. You would be on the second floor sharing the master bathroom with me. It has two sinks with a shower and jacuzzi tub. There is also a closet in the bathroom, you would have 2 shelves and I would have the other two so there is plenty of space. We also have lots of storage with an attic and a storage closet on the back porch. The washer and dryer are included in the place. Utilities are NOT included. The water bill would be in your name (cable is in mine and gas/electric is in the other roommate's name). The rent plus utilities has never been above $420 but it obviously depends on use. Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed.
We are looking for a quiet female that likes to go out but isn't party crazy. We'd prefer someone in her 20's. We are both 23 and would like someone around our age. A little about both of us:
Me (Jordan):
Age: 23, caucasian, athletic. I work at Brio and graduated from NC State in May 2010 with a degree in Psychology. My hobbies include running, sports, reading, and occasionaly cooking.
Beth:
Age: 23, caucasian, athletic. She also works at Brio and will be graduating from NC State in December with a degree in Biochemistry. She also has simliar hobbies.
